After shopping for well over a year, I purchased this chandelier online sight unseen. Based on the pictures and reviews, I expected that it would be beautiful, but it is even more spectacular than I ever imagined. As mentioned, I shopped for a long time, and compared to everything else that I was seeing, this chandelier is an amazing value. Nancy was exceptionally helpful answering my questions about the size and fit for my dining room, and the packing and shipping process was flawless. We looked for months for a crystal chandelier for our master bedroom renovation and finally found this and are very happy with it. The Swarovski glitters like nothing I've ever seen before. Assembly was required, and as small as this is, we wondered why it couldn't have been shipped assembled, but we did get it put together and hung in one evening. After a couple of days, we installed a dimmer and now it is perfect.

One of the arms arrived broken, and although they replaced it, we had to send back the broken piece before they would/could do so. We purchased this chandelier after looking at it, and others, for over a year. When our decorator suggested a crystal chandelier, we were not sure about the investment but plunged ahead with open eyes. Our room is quite sparse - ice blue walls, light fabric chairs and light grey patterned rug and the chandelier suits it more perfectly than I ever could have imagined.

Extremely pleased with the purchase of this chandelier. We chose the brass option and were a bit worried about how it would look, but it is very warm. We have put the little fabric shades on ours and love the way the light is directed back down toward the bowls. Beautiful product.

I purchased this chandelier 9 years ago (from Franklin!) and am still in love with it. I came to the website today to see the current price and am happy to see that I can leave a review. Our King's Chandeliers are one of the favorite things of our house, and they are always so pleasant and helpful when we've needed them for bulbs or cleaning advice. We chose the Strass on our dining room chandelier, the 8+4, and saved some money by using Spectra on this one for our foyer. The Spectra has plenty of sparkle, but it does show dirty quicker than our other one. But, we still love it.

I purchased 2 lights from you almost 20 years ago, the 6 light Charleston, and what looks like the king, Swarovski, but mine has 15 candles, I have moved into my 4th home in the past 20 years, and each time taking my lights with me. Each time we bought a new house, I found one to Fit my lights! There is no way I would ever part from the beauty and joy they bring to my homes! These lights have graced 10 foot, 9 foot and cathedral ceilings, each time all I did was change the chain length.
We now live in a condo and the lights look wonderful, people are amazed at their beauty over the past 20 years.Yes I carefully remove all the crystals about twice a year and wash them in the sink, each time I moved I packed them and re hung them. To this day they are Perfect! not one chip or missing pins.
Thank you for your wonderful selection of time honored lights. The joy these lights have brought into my home's is priceless!

My husband installed our new Strass crystal chandelier and the whole family can't stop gazing at it! It is beautiful beyond words, so elegant, yet understated. What is really stunning about it is all the colors of light it reflects from the superior quality of crystal.
When I was trying to decide between several models, the salesperson I spoke to gave me good instructions on how to measure the room to get the right model to fit the room perfectly. The model I chose also is so appropriate for where I live. "Winterking" fits in perfectly where I live in Mammoth Lakes in that the ice crystals adorning my house look like the crystals on the Winterking.

I wanted to take a moment to drop you a note and let you know how absolutely beautiful our King's chandelier Strass 12+6 FA (newly renamed as the Strass King) is. I absolutely love it!
Our chandelier is hanging in our foyer next to the curved staircase and above a marble floor. It is my favorite thing in our new home. The Swarovski crystal is so brilliant and the shape of your chandeliers is so different from the ones I have seen in our local lighting stores. It's hard to describe how I feel when I see the sparkle.
Building a new home is very stressful and so many things went wrong with ours. I was delighted that my experience with King's Chandelier Company was so good. It was a pleasure doing business with King's. Thank you again.

This past February, I stopped by the store on my way to Florida. Your knowledgeable sales people were of great help as I was overwhelmed by the vast selection of crystal hanging from your ceilings.
Finally I settled on a Strass Ice Palace with real candles (no electricity). Weeks later, you had everything ready and I picked it up on my way home.
Enclosed is a picture of our table at Easter, with the Ice Palace casting a magnificent glow over the gathering. I am completely delighted with it, as well as the nice way you conduct your business. Take care and keep up those standards.

I had to write to tell you how very pleased we are with our new chandelier. The Strass crystals sparkle so much that they look like diamonds. We had just redecorated our dining room and your chandelier is truly the "crowning glory".
We were a little hesitant to order from a catalogue and also thought the prices seemed too low to be true, so we decided to stop in your store on our way to Florida. Your catalog cannot capture the beauty we saw. They were all so beautiful - we took 2 hours to make our selection. Writing this letter of thanks has been on our minds for quite a while. While on vacation this past July, the hotel clerk mentioned that if we had a chance to stop at your showroom, it would be worth the time. Since our new home was under construction, we decided to reroute our drive home and stop. Much to our surprise, we found what we consider now to be a family heirloom.
We purchased a Swarovski Strass trimmed crystal chandelier, model 12-R-10/2. It arrived in September, and due to the fact that our home was not completed yet, it sat in the cartons. The excitement in watching our home being built was great. But my wife and I both said that when the day arrives that we hang our chandelier we will know that all the hard work and planning had been worth it.
Well needless to stay the day came. With much anticipation we unpacked the two cartons. I have to say we were horrified at all the parts. But the sales lady who sold us the chandelier had assured us that we would have no problem putting it together. With great pride I can say that my wife and I assembled it and it worked.
The brilliance and elegance of this chandelier was superb! We thought it was beautiful in the showroom with all the other fixtures. Once it was hung in our dining room, it became a work of art. Friends and family have been very impressed.
During the process of selecting the other lighting fixtures for our home, were pleasantly surprised. We happened upon another fixture that combined the Strass crystal in a two-tier design. The surprise came when we compared prices. The fixture was 3 times what we paid. You truly know how to create a customer for life.
In closing, again let us thank your workmanship, style and more than competitive pricing. I'm sure that our family and we will enjoy this chandelier for generations to come.

I looked high and low for the right living room chandelier and thought I found it when I ordered the Waverly. Unfortunately, after it was installed, I discovered to my disappointment that the chandelier I ordered was simply too small.
With most companies I suspect at this point I would be stuck with my purchase, but not with you. I received credit for the original Waverly I had ordered and you designed a larger fixture incorporating the same Waverly lines. The larger chandelier now graces my living room and is absolutely perfect. Where else can you purchase a custom designed chandelier and at such a reasonable price?
Unbelievably magnificent isn't sufficiently descriptive for what must be one of the loveliest pieces this side of the Palace of Versailles. Your catalog states that you have not found a way to capture brilliance in pictures. Neither has my camera; nonetheless, I have included a photograph….

Our experience with King Chandelier was unbelievably positive from start to finish. The owner of the business, Nancy Daniel, actually met us at the store on a Sunday afternoon and spent 3 hours showing us all of the amazing possibilities. We ended up choosing a custom made variation of the Durham chandelier...two tiers, 12 lamps, no festoons, Swarovski Spectra pendants. When 2 large boxes arrived at our new home, it was remarkable that everything inside was intact. My husband spent the better part of a day installing the chandelier...he is a nuclear engineer by the way who has done a lot of electrical work. (We totally understand why a certified electrician is recommended.) The finished result just blew us away. The prism effect is gorgeous...brilliant points of colored light appear at random sparkling here and there. I find myself just staring at the chandelier, stunned at how beautiful it is. This company gets an A+ across the board for customer service, quality of product and fair pricing. By the way, we had been searching the internet for weeks, but that process is overwhelming, and you never really know about the quality of what you are getting when you order on-line.
