Due to the occasional unavailability of imported pieces, we sometimes find it necessary to substitute component pieces. If we must do this, the substitutions will be of equal or greater quality.
Shipping and Handling
Chandeliers and sconces are made to order and require 2-4 weeks for manufacture and shipping. If you are in a hurry- we can accommodate most requests. Replacement Parts usually ship 2 days after you place your order.
All items are shipped disassembled for safe delivery. Simple and complete instructions are included. We ship by common carriers and insure our chandeliers, sconces, and candelabra as they are shipped from our showroom. If these items are broken in shipment, simply contact us and we will send you the necessary replacement component.
US Shipping charges will be shown once you add items to your cart, or you are welcome to call us at (336) 623-6188 for pricing. For international shipping charges, including Canada, please contact us with your full address and chandelier of choice, and we will explore shipping charges for you.
All items ship from our location at 729 South Van Buren Road, Eden NC 27288.
Very infrequently, we may find the need to make minor changes or substitutions of components or small details. If we feel like these changes will be anything other than beneficial to the design or function of the fixture as depicted on this site, we will contact you. All substitutions of component pieces will be of equal or greater value to the original.
Currently, we do not charge sales tax on items shipped to any state other than North Carolina. We do assess North Carolina Sales Tax only on items shipped to North Carolina addresses or items picked up at our North Carolina showroom. NC Sales Tax is determined by the destination county. Most destinations require a 6.75% sales tax which is calculated on our order form. If we are shipping to a county that is an additional .25% or .5%, that amount will not be indicated on the order form but will be charged.
We export to most countries; however, we cannot rush items to nor accept returns from any countries other than the USA and Canada. Orders shipped to destinations outside of North America may take up to 6 weeks. Please place orders for export by phone, email, or fax and we will assess your shipping costs individually. You are responsible for duty, taxes, and any additional costs. In addition, please verify the type of sockets needed for your country’s electrical system. In some cases we can comply.
Credit Card Charges
As soon as your order reaches us, we place it in production. Because your fixture is made to order, to your specifications, your card is charged when you order. If you would like to explore other payment methods and schedules, please call us. We accept all major credit cards. Through the website, we also accept PayPal and PayPal's Bill Me Later.

We offer a rush service that will cut the production time to 4 days. The charge for this is 15% of the order. Air shipping is an additional cost and depends upon the destination. There are exceptionally busy times during the year that this service is not available. This service is not available to destinations outside of the US or Canada.
