At King’s Chandelier Company, we are proud of our customer service and do everything in our power to make sure that your buying experience with us is an extremely positive one. As you look at your crystal chandelier over the years, we want all of your memories associated with it, and us, to be pleasant.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your chandelier or sconce, return it to us within 15 days of receiving it. We will make exchanges or refund your purchase price, less shipping and handling. Some returns may require a 15% restocking fee. We do require all items to be returned prepaid and in the original packing materials. We do deduct for any items broken in return shipment, so if you need advice on how to pack for return, please do not hesitate to ask us.

We do not accept returns on the following: orders shipped to countries other than the USA and Canada, parts, custom orders (though you may be eligible for an exchange), or rush orders.
We started as a mail order company in 1935 and since then, we have been selling the majority of our crystal chandeliers to customers’ sight-unseen. Yet, our return rate is the lowest in the business and gets lower every year. We are confident that you will be happy with your choice.
