Methods of Ordering
We are excited for you to place an order for your crystal chandelier or sconce. We hope to make the process exciting, and easy, for you as well. We are happy to accept your order by any of the following methods.

Ordering from this web site, www.chandelier.com, is simple, and we invite you to do so. Before you submit your order, there is a memo line for you to make any special requests. All on-line orders are reviewed swiftly and thoroughly by our sales and production teams, and we will call you with any concerns or questions. Feel free to email or call in conjunction with your web order if you need to make any changes or have any questions.
If you prefer, you can email us at email@example.com with your chandelier, sconce, or part order, and after review, we will send you an invoice with a link for payment via PayPal (where you can also use your major credit cards). You may also mail us a check or request that we call you for your credit card information.
We welcome all phone calls! You can place your order with any of our customer service or sales reps and have all of your questions about your crystal chandelier or sconce answered on the spot. Our main number is (336) 623-6188.

We are pretty easy going and are pleased to accept your order just about any way you would like to get it to us. The important thing is that your questions are answered and that you feel good about the process.
We accept various methods of payment for your crystal chandelier or sconces.
Orders placed on the web site can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you may select the BillMeLater-PayPal Service and take up to 6 months to pay for your chandelier.
You may also call, email, or write to place an order and pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover on the spot. Or, we can send you a link to pay via PayPal if you prefer. We are also happy to accept checks, certified or personal, and money orders. You may split your payments among the different methods if needed.
Generally, we ask for full payment at the time you place your order. However, if you prefer, you can place your order with 50% down and the final 50% due when we completed your order. You must call to place your order if you want your payments split.
