Arm to Arm Festoons

On many of our chandeliers, we utilize "arm to arm festoons" to add fullness to the crystal chandelier design.  These festoons flow from the front of one arm to the front of the next arm.  They are single strands of octagons that hook to a central pendant assembly, and this central pendant assembly coordinates either by contrast or by blending with the majority of the crystal on the chandelier.
