Return Policy
Because we know that choosing the right chandelier for your home is a complex decision, we are happy to offer the following return policy: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days for refund or exchange. We will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling and a restocking fee.
We charge a restocking fee of 10% on our chandeliers, sconces, and candelabra and a restocking fee of 20% on items from our replacement parts pages.
All items must be returned to us in the original packing materials and prepaid. Any parts broken or chipped in shipment are deducted from the refund, so if you need advice on how to repack your fixtures, please ask! To return a fixture, simply contact a King’s representative at 336.623.6188 or crystal@chandelier.com for authorization.
Note the following exceptions:
* We are unable to refund or exchange custom-made fixtures. If you are changing an aspect of a light at order, please inquire as to whether your change makes it custom.
* Rush orders or large orders (any quantities over 6 or any invoice over $8,000) are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for exchange.
* Orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States or Canada are not returnable for exchange or refund.

Shipping Damage
We have been packing and shipping crystal chandeliers for decades and have learned from many years of experience. And, although we are unable to guarantee that no shipping damage will occur, we strive to make it a rare occurrence
All items are shipped, insured, from our location in Eden, North Carolina. We pack carefully to protect all components from rough treatment. However, in the rare case that an item is broken in transit, contact us and we will send you a replacement straight away. In some cases, we may ask for the broken component to be shipped back to us.
Please open your cartons and check for breakage as soon as possible before your scheduled installation. Although we take full responsibility for replacing component pieces broken or damaged in shipping, there is no same day shipping service from our plant in Eden, nor is there always next day service, so allow yourself (and us) plenty of time.

Privacy Policy
Unsolicited contact from other companies annoys us, so we understand our customers’ privacy concerns.
We do not share email addresses or phone numbers. Your email and phone are used for our contact with you only. We do not sell mailing addresses. However, we may share them with some of our business partners - businesses that are personally known to us.

King Chandelier has in place some of the top Internet security technology in the industry to protect your personal information. We employ a number of methods to maintain the security of your information, including:
Secure Browsers and Encryption.We require the use of secure browsers when you access our online store. Secure browsers allow protected communication with our Web site by encrypting the information between you and our site. We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which converts sensitive information transmitted over the Internet between your computer's browser and our computer systems into secure code that cannot be read by unauthorized parties. You can tell your information is being protected when you see a URL that begins with "https" (instead of "http") in the address line and a secure symbol, such as a closed padlock or key icon, at the bottom of your browser screen.
Firewalls.In addition, the computers that run our Web site are protected by constantly monitored firewalls that act as a barrier between the Internet and our secure computer network - preventing unauthorized access. Every message that enters or leaves our network passes through the firewall. Messages that do not meet our criteria are blocked.
Virus Protection.We employ up-to-date anti-virus protection technology to detect viruses and prevent them from entering our computer network.
