Production Lead Times

Every chandelier is made to order – just for you. When we receive your order for your crystal chandelier or sconce, from the very beginning of production we treat that fixture like a very important part of your home…something to be treasured for years to come. As we make your chandelier, your name will always be attached to it and we welcome any inquiries about its progress.
 
Our general production time is 3-5 weeks, depending upon the season and the complexity of the chandelier. Shipping time depends upon shipping distance, but you can upgrade your shipping if needed. Feel free to call our customer service team to discuss shipping time and methods. If you have a target date, share it with us and we will accommodate.
 
Most custom crystal chandeliers and sconces will fall within the same 3-5 weeks. We may want a bit more time if we are trying something completely new or if we need to have components fabricated. Large orders can also take more time.

In a rush? Just call us for a discussion. We are capable of rushing production, but there may be a charge for this.
 
We are also happy to hold shipment for any reason. This frequently happens with our customers who are renovating or building. Given our experience, we feel much safer holding your chandelier rather than having it ship to a storage facility or building site. As long as the holding time is reasonable, there is no charge for this.
