Ordering Information

Due to the custom nature of each fixture, we are not able to process orders from our site so we ask that if you would like to place an order, you call, fax, or email us. All of the information needed to place an order is covered below. For additional information or ideas, read our  , or we would be happy to have you  for any clarification.
Preferences & Add-ons
Finish: On the all-crystal models, the tier models, and the  , please specify brass or silvery for the few metal pieces. There is no difference in price. The  , the  & the  are available in hand polished brass only.
Chain length: Chain length is not included in the length measurements given for each chandelier. If necessary, most chandeliers can be shortened. All chandeliers are shipped with 1' chain. Each additional foot is $4.50 per foot. The very large models (36" wide and wider) require heavier chain that is $8.00 per foot. For the gas light reproduction models, we will be happy to supply pipe instead of chain. The price for the pipe is $20 for the first foot and $5 for each additional foot.
Hurricane shades: 6" etched shades (as seen on the  ) may be added to any of the all-crystal fixtures for $30 per shade. 8" etched shades (as seen on the  ) may be added for $30 per shade. 6" plain colonial shades (as seen on the  ) may be added for $15 per shade. All of the above have 1 5/8" fitters. Due to the infinite variety, we do not stock the clip on, fabric shades.
Gas light shades: All of the gas reproductions are priced with shades (4" fitter). Choices include the rose patterned shade with a hobnailed side panel OR a chrysanthemum/daisy pattern with a crisscross design side panel. Both choices are frosted white with a clear side panel.
Bulbs: Bulbs are included with all domestic orders. We send 40 watt in the appropriate size bulb unless you request differently. 15 watt, 25 watt, & 60 watt bulbs are also available.
Switches for sconces: An inconspicuous rotary switch can be placed on the sconce back for $8 per switch.
Non-electrified fixtures: All of our fixtures can be made with candleholders instead of sockets at no additional charge.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery: All items are shipped to you by common carrier directly from our factory in Eden, NC 4-6 within placing your order. Please allow more time for large or custom orders. Items are shipped partially disassembled to insure safe delivery.
Rush orders: We are capable of rushing orders; however, there may be an additional charge for this service.
Shipping: Minimum shipping $10 ($5 for pins). Shipping within North Carolina assessed only on parts, not fixtures.

All fixtures are shipped insured by us. If there is any damage to the fixture during shipping, contact anyone at King's, and we will send you replacement components right away.
Assembly & installation: The fixtures are partially disassembled for shipping. Simple and explicit instructions are sent, and we will be happy to talk you through the process. Assembly and installation are not included in the purchase price.
Payment Options
Full payment is required when you place your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, or money orders. At this time we collect sales tax on items shipped to North Carolina addresses only. Sales tax is 6%.
Returns
King's Chandelier will happily refund your purchase price less shipping and a 5% restocking fee if the items are returned post paid and in good condition. Three are no returns on parts orders, most custom fixtures, or rushed orders. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
Back Orders & Substitutions
Due to the occasional unavailability of imported pieces, we sometimes find it necessary to substitute component pieces. If we must do this, the substitutions will be of equal or greater value. On the rare occasion that we have any pieces on back order, we will let you know as soon as possible. Prices are subject to change without notice.
