After a wonderful day and dinner on Thanksgiving Day, my son-in-law said, "Mom, I'm going to hang your chandelier." My daughter helped him, and I sat with my two year old grandson and watched it all come together. I knew with the first piece that it would be beautiful. It's perfect - the right size for the dining room and the perfect style for my 65 year old home. The Franklin (newly renamed Montgomery) style blends in perfectly.

My husband installed our new Strass crystal chandelier and the whole family can't stop gazing at it! It is beautiful beyond words, so elegant, yet understated. What is really stunning about it is all the colors of light it reflects from the superior quality of crystal. When I was trying to decide between several models, the salesperson I spoke to gave me good instructions on how to measure the room to get the right model to fit the room perfectly. The model I chose also is so appropriate for where I live. I looked high and low for the right living room chandelier and thought I found it when I ordered the Waverly. Unfortunately, after it was installed, I discovered to my disappointment that the chandelier I ordered was simply too small.
With most companies I suspect at this point I would be stuck with my purchase, but not with you. I received credit for the original Waverly I had ordered and you designed a larger fixture incorporating the same Waverly lines. The larger chandelier now graces my living room and is absolutely perfect. Where else can you purchase a custom designed chandelier and at such a reasonable price?
Unbelievably magnificent isn't sufficiently descriptive for what must be one of the loveliest pieces this side of the Palace of Versailles. Your catalog states that you have not found a way to capture brilliance in pictures. Neither has my camera; nonetheless, I have included a photograph….
You are an outstanding company. I am totally satisfied with my purchase in every respect including the packing and prompt shipment; accordingly, I anticipate ordering the Charleston 8 for my dining room in the near future. Thank you for your assistance.

Prior to seeing in person my first purchase, I must admit that I had a residual degree of apprehension. That lasted only until I unpacked my purchase and my electrician installed the stem. Writing this letter of thanks has been on our minds for quite a while. While on vacation this past July, the hotel clerk mentioned that if we had a chance to stop at your showroom, it would be worth the time. Since our new home was under construction, we decided to reroute our drive home and stop. Much to our surprise, we found what we consider now to be a family heirloom.
We purchased a Swarovski Strass trimmed crystal chandelier, model 12-R-10/2. It arrived in September, and due to the fact that our home was not completed yet, it sat in the cartons. The excitement in watching our home being built was great. But my wife and I both said that when the day arrives that we hang our chandelier we will know that all the hard work and planning had been worth it.
Well needless to stay the day came. With much anticipation we unpacked the two cartons. I have to say we were horrified at all the parts. But the sales lady who sold us the chandelier had assured us that we would have no problem putting it together. With great pride I can say that my wife and I assembled it and it worked.
The brilliance and elegance of this chandelier was superb! We thought it was beautiful in the showroom with all the other fixtures. Once it was hung in our dining room, it became a work of art. Friends and family have been very impressed.
During the process of selecting the other lighting fixtures for our home, were pleasantly surprised. We happened upon another fixture that combined the Strass crystal in a two-tier design. The surprise came when we compared prices. The fixture was 3 times what we paid. You truly know how to create a customer for life.
